SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Packages ship within 7 business days from the date we receive the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically arriving within 7-14 days after dispatch. Items are shipped directly from our studio in Tunis, Tunisia.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
xtra studio accepts returns of unworn or defective lifestyle merchandise (excluding paper products) for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be processed in the form of the original payment.

 

Paper Products: All sales of books, prints, posters, and other paper-based goods are Final Sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. International Orders: All orders shipped outside of Tunisia are considered Final Sale.

Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

 

Shipping Costs: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

To request a return authorization, please email us  within 14 days of delivery. All authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.
